“Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, complicated, or simply difficult to manage. You may be carrying experiences from your past, working to understand yourself more fully, navigating relationships or family dynamics, or coping with anxiety, trauma, or intense emotions. At times, you may just notice that you don’t feel quite like yourself. I work with individuals who are navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, and the impacts of domestic violence and sexual assault. I have a particular interest in supporting children, teens, and young adults.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. Come exactly as you are. We can figure out the rest together! I integrate EMDR, narrative, and somatic approaches to help you process, reconnect with your mind and body, and build self-trust. Healing is reconnecting with parts of yourself you’ve lost.
Wherever you are right now is a perfectly good place to begin. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can be yourself, feel understood, and know you don’t have to navigate everything alone.”
